Room Hire Charges 2010/2011 |

The charge for room hire is dependant on the type of organisation that you are:
There are 3 charging bands: · Band A is for church organisations and charities · Band B is for non profit-making associations, clubs & private hire · Band C is for commercial, professional, profit making organisations.
The rooms can be hired by the hour or at a discounted rated for a session.
Please enquire about discounts for regular and block bookings.
NB ‘A Session’ is a morning, afternoon or evening and lasts for four or five hours. For bookings that extend longer than this period each subsequent hour is charged at an hourly rate calculated by dividing the session rate by four.

Equipment such as a flipchart, OHP or White Board can be hired at a rate of £5 per item per day, please confirm your requirements at the time of booking. |

The Kitchen is hired separately from the hall at a charge of £30 per session. This includes use of the cooker, utensils, dish washer and the cutlery & crockery. |

Smoking & Alcohol: The Trinity Centre is a NO SMOKING zone. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises without the permission of the Elders of Trinity United Reformed Church. Permission for the consumption of alcohol may be granted by application to the Church Secretary in writing at least one month before the planned event or party (the elders meet once a month). |

Evening Bookings: Out of respect for our neighbours bookings are generally expected to be finished by 22:00 to 22:30. If your booking is likely to finish later, please apply to the Elders of Trinity United Reformed Church in writing at least one month before the planned event or party (the elders meet once a month). |

Licensing: The Trinity Centre holds a Performing Rights Society License. Licenses for Public Entertainment and Alcohol should be applied for by the hirer of the Trinity Centre facilities from New Forest District Council. |
